Expansive Studios is a private garage turned creative hub in South Denver near Evans and Broadway. It was designed for local musicians who need space to rehearse and record. The room is set up with a full PA, mixer, monitors, microphones, drum kit, and a variety of instruments. Easy parking and ground level loading make it simple to roll in and play.The studio is open to all and built around good vibes. It is not a polished commercial warehouse. It is a lived-in space where you can be loud without worry and let ideas unfold naturally.We keep it accessible with hourly bookings and flexible options. Whether you are tightening your band’s set or laying down tracks, Expansive Studios gives you the freedom to create.

Pricing

Band Rehearsal

- $40 per hour
- $100 for 3 hours

Bring the full group and lock in your sound. The room is ready with PA, mics, drum kit, and easy load in.

Solo Practice

- $25 per hour
- $65 for 3 hours

A space to write, experiment, or brush up on skills. Play loud without worry and settle in with solid gear around you.

DIY Recording Session

- $50 per hour
- 3 hour minimum

Track your own project using the studio setup. Capture ideas clearly and leave with quality demos to build on.

Assisted Recording Session

- $75 per hour
- 3 hour minimum

Work with an engineer who handles setup and levels. Focus on performing while you are recorded with care.
